Inner City Sports Association Players Association is a Houston-based organization dedicated to organizing competitive basketball leagues and tournaments that serve youth, amateur, and Inner City athletes.

2010

Founded

ICSAPA was established to create accessible, competitive basketball in Houston's Inner City communities.

2012

First Tournament

The Houston Classic Tournament launched, becoming one of Texas's premier basketball competitions.

2014

Youth Program

Inner city youth basketball leagues established across Houston, serving 500+ young athletes.

2016

Legacy Tournament

Houston Legacy Tournament added as winter season championship, expanding annual offerings.

Regional Expansion

Heart of Texas Basketball Tournament launched, extending ICSAPA's reach across the state.
